Personal data collected on this website and any other information directly or indirectly associated with you are processed and used in accordance with the principles set forth in Regulation 679/16.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of the aforementioned Regulation, the DATA CONTROLLER informs you that the data acquired through the website will be processed using mainly IT tools and procedures for the following purposes:
- Answering your queries;
- Maintaining a database of frequently asked questions, proposals, and communications;
- Subscribing you to our newsletter;
- Technical management of navigation (see also the "Cookies processing" section).
Providing Registration Data is mandatory, and failure to provide, even partially, the data explicitly indicated as necessary for achieving these purposes will make it impossible for Cosmo Tecnology s.r.l. to respond to your inquiries. The legal basis for processing is provided by art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b of Reg. 679/16, i.e., processing is necessary for the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.
The data you provide may be known exclusively by employees of Cosmo Tecnology s.r.l. specifically authorized to process such data as persons in charge of processing, and solely for the purpose of fulfilling the activities you have requested. The persons in charge are bound to secrecy and confidentiality under internal regulations. In any case, the data will never be disclosed to third parties.
The data you provide will be kept for the period required by laws and regulations.
The Data Controller is Cosmo Tecnology s.r.l. - represented by its legal representative, to whom you may exercise the rights provided under articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 of Reg. 679/16. The rights can also be exercised towards the Data Protection Officer if the Controller has appointed one, by writing to the following email address:
The exercise of the rights above is subject to the limits, rules, and procedures set forth in the aforementioned Regulation, which you must know and follow. In accordance with art. 12, paragraph 3, the Controller will provide the data subject with information on the action taken without undue delay and, in any case, no later than one month from receipt of the request. This period may be extended by two months if necessary, considering the complexity and number of requests. The Controller informs the data subject of this extension and the reasons for the delay within one month of receiving the request.
